Return/cancellation Policy for the Packages
If the creative work is yet to get published
Cancellations if any, have to be made within 48 hours of ordering and payment. After that, no requests for refund will be entertained. Although a cancellation charge as 7.5% of the actual payment will be penalized from the refund amount. There will be no refund in case of 48 hours are over after the payment.
If the creative work is already published
The composer/author/owner can withdraw the “creative work” (book or CD or DVD or e-book or study-material or research work or any other kind of printed or written or designed or electronic work) from “Advent Publishing” any time, if the book gets selected for print/publication by any conventional or other publishers; or for other reasons. There can be a service cancellation charge (only in some special cases) of maximum INR 8000 (if the composer/author/owner have placed the order with Indian address) or $100 (if the composer/author/owner have placed the order with address outside India) for doing this; however the composer/author/owner must inform “Advent Publishing” by e-mail, so that “Advent Publishing” stops printing/distributing/selling and enlisting the “creative work”. There will be no case of refund from “Advent Publishing” for the composer/author/owner for withdrawing a book or withholding publication.

Order Cancellations
Due to the print-on-demand process, Advent Publishing Online Book Store does not permit cancellations once an order has been placed. We kindly ask customers to carefully review their selections before completing their purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
Returns and Refunds
Advent Publishing does not accept returns or issue refunds for purchased books, except in cases where the product is delivered damaged. For damaged items, we require video evidence of the unboxing/unpacking process, clearly showing the product being unpacked and any visible damage upon receipt. This documentation allows us to confirm that the damage occurred before or during delivery and was not caused by the customer after receiving the item.
Return Process for Damaged Items
Please submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at info@adventpublishing.in within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage and initiate a return.
Provide Video Evidence: Submit a clear, continuous video of the unboxing/unpacking process, displaying the damaged book and its condition. This helps us evaluate the claim accurately.
Receive Approval: After reviewing your request and video evidence, we will confirm your eligibility for a return and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping: Follow the provided instructions to securely package and ship the item back to us, ensuring it is protected to avoid further damage during transit.
Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund, based on your preference and our findings.
