Principal (Dr.) Jayashree Dhumal-Dhembare is an experienced researcher and passionate principal. After taking her doctorate degree from Shivaji University, Kolhapur she joined the Mahatma Phule College of Education. Akluj, Dist.- Solapur. She received her M Ed in 1987 (Education) and M. Sc. in 1997 (Chemistry) degree and Ph. D. in 2011 in the Education Science from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She joined as lecturer in 1992 and thereafter served as principal from 2004 to date. She has 12 years of teaching and 19 years of principal experience.

She has published more than 61 research papers in national and international journals. She participated in and presented research papers at several national and international conferences. She is BOS member of Education Science (P.A.H.S.U. Solapur.) She is an Editorial Board Member of the International Organization of Scientific Research and a recognized guide in the subject of education science (P.A.H.S.U. Solapur).
